How to Get Involved

There are many groups at St. Matthew's for you to get involved with.

Sons of Joesph - Sons of Joseph is a men’s spiritual group that gives support to men, by following the example of Saint Joseph and what it means to be a true man of God. The group also helps to encourage all of us to being better sons, fathers, husbands, and Catholic men by leading our families in prayer and faith. The large group meets one Saturday a month beginning with Mass at 8am. Following the Mass, we have coffee and donuts along with a spiritual/Catholic discussion on various topics. There are small groups that typically meet on a monthly basis structured around faith, family and Catholic issues, along with fellowship.

Council of Catholic Women - A gathering of any Catholic women who aim to support, empower and educate Catholic women in spirituality, leadership and service. Council programs respond with Gospel values to the needs of church and society in the modern world.

Youth Choir - Youth between the ages of 10-20 and would like to praise and thank God through music for your chruch community. Practices are posted in the bulletin.

Christus Vivet - Youth bible study for grades 7-12. Meet in Parish Hall on Mondays 7-8:30pm

Holiday Decorating - Advent, Christmas, Lent, Palm Sunday, Holy Week, Easter, and Pentacost all require a change in decor at the church.
