Director of Faith Formation

Full-Time | Exempt

The Director of Faith Formation provides leadership and coordination for parish catechetical ministries, sacramental preparation, and family faith formation programs. This role works closely with parish staff and volunteers to help foster a deeper understanding of the Catholic faith and support families in living it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Family Faith Formation programs (PreK–6th grade)
  • Coordinate First Reconciliation and First Communion preparation
  • Recruit, train, and support catechists and volunteers
  • Manage program schedules, communication, and records
  • Collaborate with parish staff and school leadership
  • Ensure compliance with diocesan guidelines

Qualifications:

  • Practicing Catholic in good standing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in catechesis or parish ministry preferred
  • Familiarity with Office 365 / Google Workspace helpful

Coordinator of Music Ministry

Part-Time

The Coordinator of Music Ministry is responsible for planning and coordinating music for parish liturgies, supporting full and active participation of the assembly in accordance with Church teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and select music for weekend liturgies
  • Schedule and support music ministers
  • Recruit and develop volunteers and choirs
  • Assist with music for funerals, weddings, and special liturgies
  • Prepare worship aids and projections
  • Participate in liturgical planning meetings

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Catholic liturgy and music ministry
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work with volunteers and teams
  • Completion of Safe Environment requirements




Director of Maintenance

Full-Time | Exempt

The Director of Maintenance oversees the care and upkeep of parish and school facilities, ensuring that all buildings and grounds are safe, functional, and well maintained in support of parish life and ministry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain parish and school facilities (church, offices, school, grounds)
  • Coordinate custodial staff and maintenance volunteers
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracted work
  • Oversee maintenance projects and budgeting
  • Assist with long-term facilities planning

Qualifications:

  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate staff and contractors
  • Background check and Safe Environment training required
